Spectra Logic (Spectra Logic) has adapted the same algorithm that is used by VeriTape^® to score the quality of data cartridges for use in its tape libraries.

The score value for a cartridge will now be identical, whether scoring a cartridge that is inside a Spectra Logic library, or scoring a cartridge outside of a library with the VeriTape^® reader.

The scoring algorithm, named VeriScore^® has again demonstrated its leading position as a trusted industry standard.
